Atkinson Hyperlegible is a free, open-licensed typeface developed by the Braille Institute, designed specifically to maximize character distinction for readers with low vision. It disambiguates characters that are commonly confused in other fonts (capital I, lowercase l, and the number 1; capital O and the number 0), which makes it especially valuable on resumes that are dense with numbers and metrics.

This would be a meaningful accessibility improvement for two groups: applicants who want a more legible document, and the recruiters and hiring managers reading resumes quickly on screens of varying quality. For data, finance, and analytics resumes in particular, where figures and identifiers appear constantly, the improved number and letter distinction directly reduces misreads.
